Rubber Metal Bonding
We offer rubber to metal bonding using a range of bonding agents to suit material and load requirements. Both water and solvent based bonding agents are available to suit customer specification.

Metal Plates & Materials
Nene Rubber fabricate all metal plates and materials in house to customer specification. We are also happy to bond customer supplied components and use free issue material. Pressed components and other specific metal parts can be sub-contracted.

Pretreatment
All metal components are either degreased or shot blasted prior to the application of a primer and top coat.

Surface Coatings
Metal components are either zinc plated for corrosion protection in harsh environments or finished with a black etch primer and top coat over a shot blasted surface.
