Gaskets

Gaskets can be cut to client specification from natural rubber, neoprene, EPDM, silicone or nitrile in circular, rectangle or square shapes. Custom made cork gaskets can also be manufactured. All gaskets are handmade with punched holes.

Low Volume
We specialise in low run gasket production up to 10off, ideal for specialist gasket requirements as well as replacements. We can convert gasket shapes based on existing gaskets or component parts.

Applications
Applications include engineering products, pumps, inspection hatches, electrical assemblies, machinery and marine components.

Materials
Gaskets can be made from the following materials. Each material offers its own benefits:

Natural Rubber
Natural rubber is ideal for a wide range of general applications and offers excellent anti-vibration properties.

Neoprene
Neoprene is ideal for both out door applications due to its resistance to ozone, as well as being oil splash resistant and is commonly used in outdoor pumping stations and ship board applications.

Nitrile
Nitrile offers excellent chemical resistance and is commonly used in petrochemical, process engineering, machinery, automotive, microwave technology and manufacturing environments.

Silicone
Silicone offers excellent heat resistance and is commonly used in thermoforming operations, ovens, bakeries, furnaces and the power industry.

EPDM
EPDM offers excellent ozone resistance and is used for outdoor applications including glazing, radio masts, air conditioning systems, roof mounted extractor systems and much more.
