Overview
Nene Rubber & Plastics Ltd have over 25 years experience in the rubber & plastics industry. Operating from their 5,000ft² facility Nene Rubber & Plastics Ltd employ 10 staff and serve a wide range of industries including the automotive, pharmaceutical, electronics and power sectors. The business consists of two division, rubber converting and the sale of standard rubber and plastic products such as matting, hose and engineering plastics.

Anti-Vibration Mounts
We have provided specialist anti-vibration control components for over 25 years and offer a range of standard off the shelf parts as well as undertaking custom designs. Below is a list of some of the parts we manufacture.

Rubber Moulding's
We offer both compression moulding and transfer moulding of most thermoset rubber compounds including natural rubber, neoprene, EPDM, Silicone (with silver/nickel), nitrile, Viton and SBR. We operate 14 heated hydraulic moulding presses with Platen sizes from 200mm² up to 500mm² and 25 tons up to 175 tons capacity. One of our key strengths is our ability to offer a fast turn around on low to medium volume work, as well as accepting existing customer tooling.

Seals & Gaskets
We offer specialist low volume production (1 to 10 off) of seals and gaskets based on customer drawings or existing components and seals. Materials handled include natural rubber, neoprene, nitrile and cork.
